Adjustable cast-iron dumbbell set

Description

The 30 kg Adjustable Cast Iron Dumbbell Set is a versatile home-gym strength-training system consisting of durable weight plates, adjustable dumbbell handles and securing collars. The plates can be added or removed to adjust the training load according to the exercise and user’s strength level.

The cast-iron construction provides a compact and durable design compared with larger cement-filled weight plates. The threaded handles allow the plates to be secured with collars, helping prevent unwanted movement while exercising. A connecting bar can be used with compatible versions of this type of set to transform the two dumbbell handles into a single barbell, providing additional exercise options such as presses, curls, rows and squats.
